Friends of Tenterfield Aerodrome

Friends of Tenterfield Aerodrome Inc. (FOTA) is an Incorporated, Not-for-Profit Association formed to support people of the Tenterfield district in need by developing Tenterfield Aerodrome into a sustainable disaster response and emergency services hub. 

As a key asset of the Tenterfield community, the aerodrome can help provide resilience, security, disaster-readiness, emergency response, health and economic benefits. The only alternative, road transport, is not adequate for many time-critical situations, particularly natural disasters.

Our vision for the aerodrome is:

By 2028, Tenterfield will have a sustainable airport, equipped and ready to assist our community with resilience, security, disaster-readiness, emergency response, health and economic benefits.
